Streamline Your Journey: Navigating the Application Process for Study Abroad and Immigration. Your Roadmap to Seamless Applications and Visa Procedures with Edumig’s Expert Guidance.

Step 1

Document Review

The student must submit their educational documents for review to determine their eligibility for application.

Step 2

Registration Fee

If the student is found eligible, they are required to pay a registration fee. This fee ranges between 500 to 600 Euros and is non-refundable. Upon confirmation of payment, the college will issue the student a payment receipt and a list of documents needed to apply for the study visa

Step 3

Issue and Attestation of Police Character Certificate

The student must apply for a Police Character Certificate, which needs to be attested by the National Police Bureau and the Foreign Office.

Step 4

Educational Documentation Attestation

The student must get all their educational documents attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and the Foreign Office. They must follow all procedures required for HEC attestation. After attestation, all documents should be translated into Spanish by an authorized translator in Spain.

Step 5

Tuition Fee/Insurance Payment:

The student is required to make full payment for their course. Subsequently, the college will send the payment receipt and all other necessary documents to the student, including details about insurance and accommodation arrangements.

Step 6

Bank Statement and Visa Application

The student needs to provide their bank statement. Our team will then complete the file and visa application forms and guide the student through the visa application process.

Visa Types

Many tourists tent to combine their holidays with studies and if you are not planning to stay more than 90 days in the territory of Spain, this type of visa will suit you. You need to apply for a visa in the country of your residence.

This visa category is issued for the period from 90 to 180 day (3 Month to 6 Months). This type of visa is easier to obtain than a long term visa because it doesn’t require either a medical certificate or a certificate of no criminal record. Still, you will have to leave Spain before the visa is due.

This visa allows you to obtain a work permit that is requested at the “Oficina de Treball” and you can renew the visa in the Spanish territory without leaving the country.
